Prof. (Dr.) Shobha Gulati

Dr. Shobha Gulati is working as a Professor at the School of Law, Lovely Professional University, Punjab. She has pursued LL.B. and LL.M. from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Ph.D. from G.N.D.U, Amritsar. She has a total teaching experience of 12 years. She has authored 1 book, edited 2 books and has 33 Research publications (in peer-reviewed, UGC care listed and Scopus-indexed journals) to her credit. Also, she has written more than 17 book Chapters in various edited books.

 

She has participated and presented papers in more than 40 (National and International) conferences, seminars and workshops. She is a crusader for Women’s rights and has delivered various Guest lectures at Punjab Police Academy, Phillaur on Gender sensitisation and Crime against women. She has headed and is presently heading Moot Court Society and under her guidance various accolades have been brought to the university and the students as well.

 

She has a forte for preparing students for competitions- Debates, public speaking, Moot Court and Mock Parliament. Also, she guides students in Preparation for Judicial services and other competitive exams. She has been invited as Resource person to deliver lectures by more than 20 different institutes.
