Amrita Sarkar

Amrita Sarkar holds a Bachelor of Law (B.A. LLB Hons.) from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS)(2013 Batch). She commenced her legal journey as Law Clerk to HMJ FMI Kalifulla, Supreme Court. Presently, she serves as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. She specializes in civil and commercial laws, arbitration, insolvency, and the Companies Act, 2013. She frequently represents domestic and international clients.

 

She previously served as an Associate at Argus Partners in both Delhi and Mumbai Office. Her practice spans across diverse domains, including litigation and advisory work. She regularly appears at the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal. Her expansive experience, strong presence in various courts, and accomplishments in diverse legal domains underscore her exceptional legal acumen and dedication to her profession.
